At Sadda Hosting, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Shared hosting and reseller hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • VPS and dedicated server plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • The refund request must be submitted through our support system or by contacting our team directly.
  • Accounts must not have violated our Terms of Service to be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@saddahosting.com or through our contact form.
  2. Provide your account details and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund has been approved, processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • Account Credit: Immediate (can be used for future purchases)

4. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain registration fees (domains are non-refundable once registered)
  • SSL certificates that have been issued and activated
  • Setup fees and administrative charges
  • Services that have been used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Renewal payments (refund requests must be made before the renewal date)
  • Add-on services such as SiteLock, CodeGuard, and similar products after activation
