All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with advance notice to existing customers. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sadda Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
